The 2010 Rohto Ironman 70.3 Hawaii is almost here. As you start your journey to the Big Island of Hawaii and go over your final checklist – please take time to read the following reminders:
• Contestants are prohibited from running on the golf course prior to race day. Athletes found in unauthorized areas of The Fairmont Orchid or Mauna Lani Resort prior to the race risk immediate disqualification from the Rohto Ironman 70.3 Hawaii and suspension from competing in any Ironman and Ironman 70.3 events in the future.
• Registration / Packet Pick Up: The Fairmont Orchid, Hawaii – Salon III.

Valid USA Triathlon membership card if you did not purchase one-day membership at time of on-line registration.
Mandatory Athlete Meeting: Friday, 3 p.m., The Fairmont Orchid, Hawaii – Salon I & II.
• Mandatory Bike & Helmet Check-In: Friday, 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Hapuna Beach State Park
• Free Shuttles:
Friday, June 4: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Continuous service from The Fairmont Orchid, Hotel entrance to the Event Parking Lot.
Friday, June 4: 1 p.m. – 6 p.m. Continuous service from The Fairmont Orchid, Hotel entrance & the Event Parking Lot to the Hapuna Beach parking lot.
Saturday, June 5: 4:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Continuous service from The Fairmont Orchid, Hotel entrance & the Event Parking Lot to the Hapuna Beach parking lot.
Saturday, June 5: 9:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Continuous service from The Fairmont Orchid, Hotel entrance to the Event Parking Lot.
No bicycles allowed on shuttles.

• Swim Check In:
Saturday, June 5, 5 a.m. to 6:45 a.m. at Hapuna Beach State Park.
• Slot Distribution:
Saturday, June 5, 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. You must claim your slot in person at the Slot Distribution Booth, Finish Line Area on Honu (Turtle) Pointe. All unclaimed slots will be rolled down to the next eligible finishers immediately following the awards presentation.
• Awards Presentation:
Saturday, June 5, 4 p.m. at The Fairmont Orchid, Hawaii – Honu (Turtle) Pointe.
Slot Roll Downs for the Ford Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii, and the Foster Grant World Championship 70.3 in Clearwater, Florida will immediately follow the awards presentation.
